Please fill out the entry form (printable below) AND include one nice photo for publicity ASAP and mail it to the address included on it or drop it by the Camdenton Chamber of Commerce (739 West US Highway 54 in Camdenton) by March 28th. Once we have received your official entry form, we will contact you with a contestants schedule & answer any questions you may have or you may email info@missdogwood.com
A $100.00 sponsorship fee is required by each contestant due on or before rehearsal on April 6th and may be mailed with your entry form or dropped off at the Camdenton Chamber before then if you wish. Sponsorships go directly to this year’s scholarship fund. Local businesses are the best support for sponsorship money. You may have as many sponsors as you need to accumulate $100.00 and any additional money collected will help raise the scholarships given out for this year. In addition, any businesses that would like to donate new items or gift certificates for our raffle will also be acknowledged during the pageant. The contestant collecting the most raffle gifts as well as the contestant collecting the most sponsorship money will be awarded on-stage during the coronation ceremony. You may print a copy of the “Sponsorship Receipt” below, please make as many copies as you may need. The top half will need to be turned in with your sponsorship money and the lower half is the receipt to be given to your sponsor(s). |
